  • Therapy can address personal issues, relationship challenges, frustrations with work… or really anything in your life you might be struggling with at some point in your life.

You will feel better, but it may take some time. Each client comes in with their own set of unique concerns and experiences. The commitment to therapy and the work you are willing to put in may determine how soon you start feeling better. Over time, clients report feeling happier, less anxious, empowered, less stressed, having greater confidence, becoming more active and having a renewed purpose in life. Sometimes just talking to someone and sharing your pain brings comfort and is the first step in the direction of healing.

  • I am available to answer any questions or ideas you have about therapy. You can schedule a 20-minute free consultation through this website, or you are welcome to email me with your questions at regina@reginatumin.com.

  • I commend you for taking the first step toward healing and wholeness. The first time can be scary and I am honored to walk you through the process during the free consultation and make sure you are comfortable and I can meet your needs.

During the first sessions, we develop an understanding of your concerns and goals. We will then develop an approach to help you reach those goals. I will be with you every step of the way.

Sessions for individual therapy are 50 minutes. Some insurance policies may reimburse for therapy. All major credit cards, checks, cash, PayPal and Venmo are accepted as payment.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

    • In-person therapy is offered at :

  • You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
